CORRECT AND HIGH-QUALITY APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT
INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT; HAS BEEN MELTED. DO NOT CONSUME!
How to recognize a high-quality BabyCool product in the store?
- Feel the package (high-quality product) – if you feel all the cubes separately, everything is good! The product has not melted during transit!
If the cubes are lightly stuck together, but come apart when pushed on, it’s also good! Some products have a higher natural sugar content and stick together.
As you can see in the picture in the first post – the cubes are also separate from each other when opening the package.
A quality product is accompanied by the smell of fresh produce, carrots have the smell of carrots, and meat have the smell of meat.
Cubes can have different shapes – round, square, hearts, etc.
- Feel the package (low quality product) – if you feel that the cubes have melted into one mass or when squeezing by hand does not separate the cubes from each other or only 1-2 of them come off – DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! For some reason, the product has melted in the store and is not suitable for your baby to eat! NOTIFY THE STORE and the store must remove this product from sale. You can also report this finding to BabyCool.
If you happen to be in a hurry and grab a low-quality, melted product from the store, tell both BabyCool and the store where you bought the food. Take a picture of both the product and the batch number – send it to the store as well as to us.
DO NOT offer this product to your baby to eat! If it is a meat product, throw it away. If it is a vegetable or fruit product, you can make it into a puree soup, it’s safe for an adult to consume after reheating it.
However, if the puree smells bad or the package is “rubbery”, don’t use it for anything!
