- 2–3 tablespoons of cooked buckwheat or buckwheat grits
- 1 cube of beef puree
- 2 cubes of carrot puree
- 2 cubes of parsnip puree
- 4 cubes of zucchini puree
Mix all ingredients, heat in a double boiler, and add some chopped chives and a bit of high-quality olive oil before eating.
NB! If you don’t have one of the types of cube on hand, replace it with another vegetable puree cube that your baby enjoys.
